When will my order ship? Most orders are processed, packed, and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my perfect size? A sharp outfit starts with a perfect fit. Please consult our detailed Size & Fit Guide [Link available on each product page] for exact measurements. If a specific piece runs small or offers an oversized fit, we will always note it in the product description.
What if I am between sizes? For our structured pieces, we generally recommend sizing up for a more tailored, comfortable look. For our relaxed or knit collections, you can safely stick to your usual size.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to feel absolutely confident in our clothes. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your style, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged? We hold our quality control to the highest standards. In the rare event that an item arrives defective, please contact us at info@neatnuance.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
